
The client, a legal company, needed to automate their call center compliance while managing leads effectively. Their existing process involved manual data entry between systems and lacked automated TCPA compliance checking, creating risk and inefficiency in their lead management process.
We developed a comprehensive integration between their CRM and LawRuler software, creating an automated compliance-first lead management system. The solution automatically screens incoming phone numbers against multiple Do Not Call (DNC) lists, including federal, state-specific, and DNC complainers databases. We implemented an API-driven TCPA service that performs real-time validation before any number reaches call center agents. The system synchronizes data seamlessly between platforms, eliminating manual data entry and reducing human error while maintaining strict compliance standards.
